Celebrity Big Brother 2014

December 20th, 2013

The 2014 version of Celebrity Big Brother is almost about to start and this article looks at everything viewers need to know about UK’s most famous house. Charlotte Crosby was the winner of the previous season, but now there is a new bunch of housemates who are ready to shed their dignity and inhibitions to enter the house. As usual, viewers expect the show to be better than the previous season.

The start date for Celebrity Big Brother 2014 has been confirmed by Channel 5 as Friday 3rd January 2014. This provides them with just enough time for giving the house a good makeover in high anticipation of the launch night. Probably the biggest question on the viewer’s minds is who the celebrity contestants will be. Rumours have it that Sam Faiers is the latest celebrity face who will enter the house. It is reported that this 22 years old Essex beauty has landed a six figure sum in order to step into the UK’s most famous house.

Another celebrity who is reportedly willing to be part of Celebrity Big Brother House is rapper Dappy. This is just a year after he said that he would never participate in a reality television show. The 26 years old former singer for N-Dubz is set to sign a deal worth a hundred thousand pounds to participate in the latest season of the Channel 5 show.

Katie Hopkins is another rumoured contestant. The lady who infamously said no to Lord Sugar in The Apprentice is now seemingly set to join the show. Katie Price, who is a new mother, is also reportedly ready to sign a huge six-figure deal so that she can be part of the Celebrity Big Brother. Once again, Jim Davidson has been linked with the reality show, having pulled out during the summer at the last minute. Whatever happens, viewers are hoping that a repeat of the best moment of the show in history will be made.

In a look at what’s new, Carol McGiffin will join the show’s presenting team just a few months after she quit Loose Women. The TV presenter, who incidentally finished fourth in last season’s show, is set to become the head panellist on the series’ Bit on the Psych. Emma Willis will reprise her hosting duties for the main show, with Rylan, the former contestant of X-Factor, will return to co-present Bit On The Side alongside her. Katie Hopkins is the strong favourite to win, followed by Stella English.
